Delivery Options
We offer three shipping options to suit your needs:

All deliveries are made via Royal Mail from our UK warehouse.
Dispatch Times
Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed before 3pm on working days are dispatched the same day in 99.9% of cases.
Please note: We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.
Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive:
- An email confirmation when your order is received
- A dispatch confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse
For Standard shipping, tracking information will only update when a delivery attempt is made or when the item is delivered.
Delivery Timeframes
The estimated delivery dates provided are indicative and not guaranteed for Standard and 24 Tracked services. Royal Mail delivery times can vary based on factors outside our control.
Our Next Day Guaranteed service (£9.90) is the only fully guaranteed delivery option, ensuring arrival by 1pm on the next working day.
If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived
Most orders arrive quickly, but occasional delays can occur. If your item is taking longer than expected:
- Check your delivery address in your dispatch notification email or account
- Contact your local post office or mail depot—a card may not always be left for missed deliveries
- Allow up to 10 working days from the expected delivery date before contacting us
Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate delayed orders until 10 working days have passed from the last expected delivery date. This is a Royal Mail guideline that we must follow.
Important Information
Contact Details: Please ensure you provide a valid email address and contact phone number when ordering. This allows us to reach you quickly if any issues arise with your order. We will never use your details for sales calls—only to discuss your order.
Guest Checkout: If you check out as a guest, you may not be able to access tracking information for your shipment. We recommend creating an account for the best experience.
Order Notes: Use our order comments section at checkout to pass along any special instructions or delivery notes.
Shipping Method Selection: We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping method based on order value, particularly when free shipping codes or discount vouchers are applied.
Returns Policy
Our returns policy complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
60 Day Returns
You may return any item within 60 days of receipt for any reason. Simply contact us with your order details, and we will resolve any issue you may have.
When returning items, please clearly state:
- The reason for your return
- Whether you require an exchange, refund, or store credit
Return Conditions
Your Responsibility: Returned parcels remain your responsibility until they reach us. We strongly recommend using registered or tracked postage for all returns.
Return Shipping Costs: We do not cover the cost of return postage unless arranged in advance. Original shipping costs are not refunded for unopened, unwanted items.
Refund Processing: We process returns as soon as they arrive. During busy periods, there may be a short delay. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and can only be made to the original purchaser.
How to Return
- Contact us with your order details and reason for return
- Pack items securely in their original packaging where possible
- Send via tracked or registered post to our returns address
- Retain your proof of postage until we confirm receipt
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
