I just received the tweezers and tested it on some resistors and capacitors. Very fast reading and easy to use. I ordered one without Kelvin clips and this is a major mistake – some through-hole components are very hard to measure without them.

As much as I enjoyed using the LCR-ST1 the versatility of replacing the small tweezers with the larger clips alone is a great improvement in the LCR-ST2 Plus. The menu has been expanded both in terms of display and in terms of sophisticated measurement options. I recommend charging the unit fully before first use. If at first it seems to stall power cycle it once or twice and it responds superbly. The additional resistance reference board is a very nice touch. This is the most portable and highly accurate LCR meter!

Very happy with this tester. Easy to use and convenient. All functions are working well except the diode testing which is limited below 0.7V so many diodes including LEDs SCR DIAC and TRIAC cannot be tested. Precision is good. Testing very low resistors is a pleasure so shorts can be located in faulty PCBs. Measuring coils and motor windings is OK. Menus are simple to navigate. With its Kelvin clamps this version 2 is much easier to use than version 1. The battery lasts long and can be recharged with an ordinary USB-C wall charger. The update function is simple and very fast. I like it.
