Power On/Off

  1. Connect input power source (DC 5-30V or Type-C PD/QC)
  2. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to power on
  3. The display will show the welcome screen, then the main interface
  4. To power off, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds

Setting Output Voltage

  1. Ensure output is OFF (press Output button if needed)
  2. Press the “SET” button to enter voltage setting mode
  3. Rotate the knob to adjust voltage value (0-30V)
  4. Press the knob or “SET” button to confirm
  5. The set voltage will be displayed on screen

Setting Output Current

  1. Ensure output is OFF
  2. Press the “SET” button twice to enter current setting mode
  3. Rotate the knob to adjust current value (0-5A)
  4. Press the knob or “SET” button to confirm
  5. The set current limit will be displayed on screen

Enabling/Disabling Output

  1. After setting voltage and current, press the “OUTPUT” button
  2. Output ON indicator will light up (green LED)
  3. Display shows actual output voltage, current, and power
  4. Press “OUTPUT” button again to disable output
  5. Output OFF indicator will show (red LED)

Memory Preset Operations

  1. Saving a Preset:
    • Set desired voltage and current values
    • Press and hold “SET” button for 3 seconds
    • Select memory group (1-6) using the knob
    • Press knob to save settings
  2. Loading a Preset:
    • Press “MENU” button
    • Select “Memory” option
    • Choose desired preset group (1-6)
    • Press knob to load settings

Software Installation

  1. Download the PC software from www.fnirsi.cn
  2. Extract the software package to your computer
  3. Run the installer and follow on-screen instructions

Connecting to PC

  1. Connect the DPS-150 to your computer using a Micro USB cable
  2. Power on the DPS-150
  3. Launch the PC software
  4. Select the correct COM port from the dropdown menu

Firmware Upgrade Process

Upgrade Procedure

  1. Download Firmware: Get the latest firmware from www.fnirsi.cn
  2. Connect Device: Connect DPS-150 to PC via USB cable
  3. Launch Software: Open the PC software and connect to device
  4. Enter Upgrade Mode:
    • Click “Firmware” menu in software
    • Select “Enter Upgrade Mode”
    • Device will restart in upgrade mode
  5. Select Firmware File: Browse and select the downloaded .bin file
  6. Start Upgrade: Click “Upgrade” button and wait for completion
  7. Complete: Device will restart automatically when finished

  • Do not disconnect power or USB during upgrade
  • Ensure battery or power supply is sufficient
  • Do not power off the device during upgrade process
  • Use only official firmware from FNIRSI
  • Backup your preset data before upgrading
